United Boys & Girls Clubs of Santa Barbara County Announces CEO Transition Process
United Boys & Girls Clubs of Santa Barbara County (UBGC) announced today that Chief Executive Officer Michael Baker will step down from his role after 11 years of dedicated service. As part of the organization’s succession planning process, the Board of Directors has appointed Christianne Rojo, the current Chief Operating Officer, as Interim President. The board has initiated a formal search process to identify the organization’s next CEO with the support of a leading executive search firm. The search committee is led by Chairman of the Board Nicholas Behrman, Jason Atyabi, Dr. Carol Del Ciello, and Taylor Miller.
